We offer 1,2, & 3 bedroom floorplans. The average size for a one bedroom is 774Sqft. Two bedroom average is 1,099sqft. Three bedroom average is 1,429sqft.
Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
We do not provide furnished options, but short term leases are offered.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Soltair Cypress Creek is Pet Friendly! We allow up to 3 pets per home. Breed and Weight restrictions apply.
How convenient is commuting from the community to major employers, schools, or downtown areas?
Our community is in a very convenient location.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
Saltwater pool, 24/7 fitness center, Clubhouse, working space, outdoor grill area.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
First come first serve parking and Detached garages.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
Each unit includes washer and dryer.

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

Apartments offer granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, screened in patios, on property storage units.

How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
You can apply online 24/7 at your convenience. Application fee of $75 and admin fee of $275 due at the time of application.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Pro-rated rent, $25 utility set up fee is required, and security deposit. Security Deposit- $500 up to two months rent.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes. Insurance is required with a minimum liability of $300,000.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
Our community requires a 60-day notice and termination fees may apply.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Residents are encouraged to submit requests through the resident portal, which allows the service team to track and respond efficiently. Requests can also be made by contacting the leasing office directly. Most maintenance items are addressed within 24–48 hours, and emergency maintenance support is available at all times to ensure resident comfort and safety.
